Shipping
Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is included both ways. We use priority USPS shipping, which can take anywhere from 1-3 business days.
Do I need to print my own label?
No, we provide you with a prepaid envelope. Just put the swab in the envelope and drop it/or pick by your local USPS helper
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We sure do. We ship to physical addresses (IE, your business or home) and to P.O. Boxes in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
Does the swab or sample need to be rerigirated?
No samples are stable up to 60 days at room temperature. We receive swabs from hot places like Arizona and Nevada all the time.
Returns
Can I return my kits?
Yes, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request an order cancellation, no questions asked. You will only be asked to pay for one way prioirty shipping which cannot be refunded once the kit is delivered
How do I ask for a refund?
Easy, simply email us, and we'll take care of the rest.
Are shipping charges refundable?
Yes, we are so sure you'll love our kits and service that we're willing to refund all your money no questions asked.
Do I need to ship the kit back to you?
No, once you cancel your order or issued a refund simply discard the kit.

When will payment be charged?
You payment will be charged when the order is placed. We will then proceed to prepare your order.
If I cancel my order, how will I get my refund?
